Site development and groundworks for new 8MW DUB04 data centre consisting of 6 new data halls, located on 3,105 sq m ground floor area footprint

Reduce level excavation for new data centre, roads and paved areas (11,600m3)
Install main line surface water, foul and rainwater drainage up to 4m deep, including manholes and pump station (1,250m)
Excavation, lean mix, backfilling to data centre foundations, filling to make up levels for floors, under-slab drainage & services and radon system install
Install 160mm diameter PE SDR17 electrofusion welded watermain, valves, fittings and chambers (300m)
Install MV, LV, ELV, Comms & Public Lighting ducts and access chambers (6km)
Site finishes works including kerbs, footpaths and topsoil to beds
Programme: 44 weeks
