PROJECT SUMMARY
Site development and ground works for a new 17m high steel frame warehouse with gross floor area of 13,494 sq m and ancillary offices and staff facilities of 1,155sq m. Other features included 18nr dock levellers, 6,000 sq m concrete yard, 152nr carpark spaces and 26nr HGV truck parking stands

Concrete poured to warehouse & office foundations (846m3) with mesh reinforcement (3,600m2) and holding down bolts set in place
Install foul & surface water drainage 100mm-600mm diameter up to 3m deep with 38nr manholes, Rainwater Harvesting Tank & Petrol Interceptors (1,835m)
Excavation, installation and backfilling to attenuation tank with 1,650m3 storage capacity using Stormtech SC-740 chamber storm water management system
Install 160mm diameter PE SDR17 electrofusion watermain, valves & fittings (1,083m)
Install ducting with 15nr access chambers for MV, LV, ELV & site lighting (5km)
Prepare ground, install kerbs and hardcore for concrete service yard including 26nr HGV truck parking stands (6,000m2)
Prepare ground, install kerbs, hardcore, concrete footpaths, block paving and topsoil to beds for 152nr car parking spaces
