Reduce level excavation and disposal of Cat B1, Cat B2, Cat C, Cat D contaminated soil and C&D waste for 6nr apartment blocks with retail units, 1nr community building and 1nr crèche (80,000T)
Construct piling matt across site (20,000T) and cropping 450-750mm diameter CFA piles (1,577 nr)
Install 450mm diameter HDPE SDR17 butt welded foul rising main diversion 2.5-3.5m deep with 2nr live connections (250m)
Foul and surface water drainage 100mm-450mm diameter up to 3m deep (2.5km) including manholes and pump chambers (63nr)
Excavation, lean mix, backfilling to apartment block and commercial buildings foundations, filling to make up levels for floors, under-slab drainage & services and radon system install (8nr blocks)
Install 100-200mm diameter SDR17 PE welded watermain (1km), under-slab ESB, LV & Comms services (7km)
