7,000m³ reduce level dig and disposal off site for car park.

70 pad foundations excavated and concreted within the existing building including underpinning.

2,000 tonnes of hardcore placed using electrical plant and equipment including dumpers, excavators, compactors, and vibrators.

2,700m³ of hardcore placed as fill below tarmacadam car park.

3,400m² of internal concrete ground floor slabs & first floor mezzanine screed.

1,000m² of concrete yard slab including kerbing and site lighting.

120m of reinforced concrete retaining wall installed ranging from 2.00m – 3.00m high.

500m of external drainage, up to 3.00m deep with associated manholes & 100,000 litre surface water attenuation tank.

5,590m of MV, LV and ELV ducting including 29 inspection chambers and 110 lamp standard bases.

Construction of blockwork lift shaft over 14m high within the existing building.

6,000m² of new tarmac car park construction with 1,300m of kerbing & 2,000m² of permeable paving.
