Reduce level and basement excavation and disposal of soil off-site (19,465m3)
Excavation, lean mix, backfilling to 6-storey RC building over basement, filling to make up levels for floors, install under-slab drainage, services and radon systems
Install main line foul and surface water drainage up to 4m deep, including manholes and petrol interceptors (600m)
Excavation and filling for StormTech attenuation tank, with 445m3 storage capacity
Install 110mm diameter PE SDR17 electrofusion welded watermain (232m), underground services including ESB, LV, ELV and Comms ducting (2km)
Programme: Bulk dig 16 weeks, ground works 26 weeks
